1. SMS for Consent Communication

Phone numbers obtained for SMS communication are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

2. Types of SMS Communications

3. Message Frequency

SMS frequency will range from 50 to 1,000 text messages daily across all users, in compliance with TCR registration guidelines. An individual customer may recieve upto 50 message(s) per month, in compliance with TCR registration guidelines.

4. Fees for SMS Messaging

Carriers may charge a fee for each message sent or received, depending on the carrier’s pricing structure and whether the message is sent domestically or internationally.

5. Opt-In Method & Compliance

You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Aventis Alpha Care in the following ways: By submitting an online form: If you wish to contact us please use the link below to https://aventisalpha.com/#contactsection and we will respond within 48 hours. Note that the opt-in checkbox is unchecked by default and not a required field. The consent language provided reads:

6. Opt-Out & Confirmation Message

Customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, they will receive a confirmation message: “You have successfully opted out of Aventis Alpha Care SMS notifications. No further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for assistance.”
